F.A.Q is often necessary in project and service delivery. It is very important to prepare questions that users frequently ask or that you anticipate they will ask. They will be pleased to see the answers.

Users may want to browse the FAQ category before writing feedback. You can prepare this section as a guide about the products and services you offer.
FAQ Screens

First, you should create a Project or Main category.
In the second step, you should create a "Sub Category".
Finally, you can enter your content with "FAQ>Add New Faq".
With this structure, the FAQ section will be understandable and organized for your users.
FAQ Details

The content you create can be evaluated by your users. If they find your content useless, they can send you a message. In this case, we recommend that you review your content.

When your users notify you with a message that the content is useless, you can see this message in the "Comments" section of the FAQ.
Admin View

You can organize the FAQ section in detail. You can create more than one Project or Main category. Then you can present your content with different subcategories.
For example; You have a project called "LaRead". You need to create multiple subcategories under this project. In this case, you can prepare a structure like below:

Installation
Customize
Update
Add New FAQ

When adding a new FAQ, you can use the features in the WordPress editor. Additionally, you can add a file in the "FAQ Details" section. This can be a zip or jpg/png. The files you upload will help you to better understand the topic.

In some complex situations or by the user, your content may be difficult to understand.
