Email Templates, i.e. communication with the user, are very important for Blink. Site administrators and users are informed whenever necessary. When a new feedback is added, a comment is made on an existing feedback or a message is sent from support...

You can enter your company and contact information for Email Templates at the top. This information will appear at the bottom of all outgoing emails.
Email Templates
Blink has 12 different email templates that go to site administrators and users for different actions. We inform the relevant people (optionally) whenever necessary.

You can edit email templates using the editor. The only thing you need to be careful about is that you don't touch the variables: {feedback_id}}, {{feedback_details}} etc.
You need to install a mail server plugin to send the above notification mails to you and your users. For example SMTP Mailer. If you have a working email form on your site, you do not need to install an additional plugin.

Notification

In addition to outgoing emails, site administrators are notified of all actions. You can check the Notifications section by clicking on the "Show All →" link in the top bar.
Inbox

The title of all emails sent by Blink is clear and the content of the email is understandable. Users can "Unsubscribe" if they do not want these informational e-mails.
